At QueenIPTV, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our service. However, if you decide to request a refund, please note that:
- You can get a maximum of 50% refund, depending on your usage of the plan.
- The amount refunded will be calculated based on the time elapsed and the portion of the service used.
- Refunds are only available if at least 7 days remain in your subscription period. If less than a week is left, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for purchases of $5 or less.
- Refunds will be processed to the email used for payment. If you would like the refund to be sent to a different account, please contact us within 24 hours of your request.
Example:
- If you purchase a 1-month plan today and request a refund after 15 days, you will receive up to 50% of the initial payment.
- If, for example, only 4 days remain in your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the original price was $5 or less, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have extensively used the service, the refund amount may be lower.
How to Request a Refund:
- You have two options to get a refund:

- Request a refund manually: Visit our Request refund page and submit a ticket with your order number and the reason for the request.
- Our dedicated support team will review manual refund requests promptly.
- Alternatively, you can contact us through Telegram using the account published on our website.
